Center for Policy Analysis (CPA) started the Youth Leadership Program to provide a leadership training to the youth. Starting in the year 2019, the program intends to help the youth to increase their leadership capacity by giving classes, site visits, mentorship and networking. The trainees was selected from all the six regions of Somaliland. Inspired by the Yali leadership program, the seven days long extensive training was helped the participants to visit the highest offices of Somaliland like the President’s Office, Judiciary and Parliament.
The program ws includes one-week training and CPA provided the accommodation, meals and transportation of the youth leaders, thanks to Dahabshiil and Hass Companies who sponsored 60% of the Expenses of Program and also Maansoor Hotel for their support, CPA Members sponsored the remaining 40% of the Expenses of the Program. The focus of the training was the civic leadership.
